How Does It Work?
The Vitality Program will include 7 PDF’s designed to incorporate our methods for creating elite athletcisim and health. The PDF’s will include the program itself along with several other guides to increasing athletcisim, health, and success. Change Performance will give protocols for diet, recovery, how to implement it into sports training, and visualization in order to create the best possible product.
How Much Do I Have To Do?
That’s the beauty of Change Performance. We understand many athletes and even people are overworked and overstressed. This is reflected in our training with 6-7 day a week programs that offer minimal results and huge stress responses. We have worked to wittle it down to the core principles that generate progress in the Vitality Program. This reduction has lead to just two workouts per week that are desgined to maximize your athletic capacity. Diet and recovery are concepts that will always needed to be worked in every day in order to reach the upper echelon for performance and we’ll give you guidelines and protocols for these, but we only ask for two days a week of high-intensity workokuts to generate peak performance.
What is All Included in the Workouts?
Each workout consists of the main lift, a vertical jump section, top-end sprint speed work, and an agility drill. We’ll wrap it up with a short injury prevention segmenet to create all-around developement. The sessions are meant to last no more than 45 minutes and minimize stress hormone secretion. The workouts are short and recovery is priortized, but in order to do so we had to ramp the intensity up.
What is Most Important to Know?
You will be doing unconventional methods. This is not a normal program. You might speculate it’s effectiveness. If that’s the case read our blog posts or feel free to reach out and ask us for proof. It works, we’ve just been lead to believe we need to work longer than others. This isn’t the case, just harder. Ramp the intensity up.
