About Larsen Performance

Owen Larsen, B.S., CSCS

From Chisago Lakes, MN, Owen Larsen played three years of college basketball while gaining experience in strength and conditioning, interning at Division 1 strength and conditioning departments, operating as a high school strength and conditioning coach, recieving a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology, and obtaining his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Owen has programmed for Chisago Lakes athletics, gaining hands on experience in strength and conditioning. Starting graduate school in the fall of 2026, Owen looks to use his experience and credentials to help athletes improve their athleticism through remote individualized coaching.
