Vertical ability is an important aspect in many sports and has implications beyond solely how high an athlete can jump. High-fliers have elite explosive ability that allows them to reach remarkable heights through the air, and this same explosivness can be beneficial for accelration, top-end sprint speed, and overall sport performance. By training your vertical ability with Change Performance you can expect to reach personal highs in vertical leap ability and become more explosive than ever on your playing field.

How does it work?
– The Flight Program consists of a 16-week program designed to increase force production and explosiveness. Members will recieve access to the complete program with directonal videos and printable workout sheets that can be downloaded or accessed through changeperform.com to keep you on track.
How much do I have to do?
– The program calls for a five day per week committment to keep you progressing as fast as possible. There will be shortened workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays to build plymoetric and neurological ability. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays will be spent increasing force, decreasing amortization (reversal) times, and continuing to increase strength and muscle mass.
What can I expect?
– With the Flight Program members can expect to increase their overall athletic ability. Explosivness is fundamental in all sports, and being able to create a larger force output and increase your leaping ability will make you a better mover and athlete in your playing field.
What is all included in the workouts?
– The workouts incorporate aspects of traditional strength training with dynamic movements to build force output. Traditional methods of training are modified to create sport-specific gains, and dynamic movements in the weight room and through plyometrics are incorporated to increase your explosivness with this added strength. Varying types of isometrics are implemented to build muscle and tendon strenght to create the oppurtunity for these high forces. The Flight Program uses a plethora of different techniques and methods to create stronger, faster, more explosive athletes and to create high fliers that turn heads.
Have you used the Base Program?
– Many athletes lack the complete requirements neccessary to complete advanced programs such as this one and ensuring you have the correct training to successfully complete the Flight Program is crucial. For athletes with prior extensive training the Flight Program will reap rewards, although the Base Program is advised to guarantee you have no holes in youtr athletic developement. New athletes and those just getting into training should first complete the Base Program to minimize injury probabilites and get the most out of the programs.
